Florida Marriage License

The license can be from Any county in the State of Florida.

The Bride and Groom must apply together in person.

(Must be 18 years old-or a parental consent must be completed)

Both must provide a State issued photo ID

The fee is $93.50 and there is no blood test

***Florida residents have a 3 day waiting period***

Out of state residents can be married the same day license is applied for

Alabama Marriage License

The license can be from ANY county in the State of Alabama

The Bride and Groom must apply together in person.

(Must be 18 years old-or a parental consent must be completed)

Both must provide a State Issued photo ID

The fee is $43.35+ and there is no blood test

There is a 60 day waiting period after your divorce is final.

If you were divorced within the last 6 months of your wedding date you will

need to show a copy of your Divorce Decree.

**You can be married the same day license is applied for-NO waiting period**
